As an Artificial Intelligence Business Development Manager at Faktion BV, you will play a key role in driving our business forward by identifying new leads and customer needs for AI consultants. You will develop new business opportunities by proactively monitoring industry bulletin boards, job boards, and social media to stay ahead of the competition.

Key responsibilities include managing client relationships by keeping close tabs on what's happening in the industry and where new opportunities arise. You will also identify talent using creative means such as talent mapping, social media, job boards & career sites, networking events, referrals, extensive direct sourcing, and many coffee meetings.

In this role, you will support your recruitment peers in pre-screening and assessing new candidates on the phone during busy times. Additionally, you will advise clients and candidates, consulting with and educating our AI consultants and candidates on open positions, their interviewing abilities, general interview best practice, and specific tips and techniques.

To be successful, you will require proven experience in recruitment or consulting industry, preferably in the tech industry (AI is a plus). You must have an excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods. Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks is also essential.
