About the Role

This role offers an opportunity to thrive in high-impact executive projects, connecting people, and facilitating strategic business solutions. As a Partner at Beaumont Group, you will work closely with C-level leaders to help them navigate critical transitions. We welcome candidates from both inside and outside the interim management industry.

Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities by leveraging your professional network and business acumen.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Expand the client portfolio by identifying and pursuing new leads and growth opportunities.
- Foster collaboration and growth within the local BEXIM Club by engaging with a community of interim managers.
- Conduct interviews with interim managers and oversee project execution to ensure success.

Required Skills

- Strong business network and ability to develop meaningful relationships at C-level.
- Passion for business development, deal-making, and client relationship management.
- Background in executive interim management, recruitment, consulting, private equity, or a relevant industry (not required).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
