Job Description

The Director, Strategic Accounts is responsible for driving growth in Gross Contribution across a portfolio of top Life Science accounts. This individual will work closely with our Account Managers, Recruiters, Directors and Executives to develop sales strategies and execute on follow-up items.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding goals and a natural ability to collaborate with corporate department heads. They will be responsible for:

  • Growth and Development:
  • Grow Gross Contribution in the group of accounts monthly, quarterly and annually
  • Develop organizational charts and actionable call lists for each client assigned
  • Sales and Relationship Building:
  • Develop sales strategies and visit cadence with each client to position Oxford's Staffing & Consulting solutions and capabilities
  • Put together visit summaries to share with the team to develop and ensure we execute on follow-up items
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Experience:
  • Prior senior-level staffing experience or consulting services experience preferred
  • Prior experience growing accounts outside of an MSP
  • Prior Life Science / BioPharma / Medical Device experience
  • Prior strategic Account Management & Business Development experience
  • Skillset:
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a proven track record of exceeding goals
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of MS office products
  • Ability to travel (50%)
