Your challenge as Business Development Manager Benelux
As Business Development Manager for Benelux, you'll be responsible for expanding Brookvent's brand, starting with Belgium. You'll focus on reactivating past clients, identifying new business opportunities, and positioning Brookvent as a go-to solution in the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow market share through targeted business development in the Benelux region.
- Build and nurture client relationships, representing Brookvent at industry events.
- Lead client negotiations, ensuring favorable, long-term agreements.
- Provide regular market insights and sales performance updates to HQ.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy together with UK and Poland HQ.

Brookvent is a market challenger in innovative, energy-efficient ventilation systems for residential and commercial sectors. With over 30 years of experience, they are dedicated to enhancing indoor air quality and sustainability. As they grow their presence in the Benelux region, they are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive the expansion efforts and develop strategic client relationships.

- Proven experience in B2B business development, ideally within the HVAC sector.
- Strong knowledge of ventilation products; experience with passive systems is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a bonus.
