As Service Delivery Technical Teamleader, you play a crucial role in this collaboration. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership and Coaching: Manage and develop data center technicians and supervisors through daily task allocation, follow-up, and coaching.
- Quality and Safety Assurance: Monitor compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards, implementing improvement measures as needed.
- Procedure Development: Draft, implement, and manage work procedures and technical instructions to ensure consistency, quality, and safety.
- Project and Planning Coordination: Create project schedules, aligning staff, equipment, and budgets, and resolving potential bottlenecks in consultation with other departments.
- Technical Support: Act as a point of contact for technical questions, facilitating efficient problem-solving within the team.
- Reporting and Improvement: Monitor project progress and report results to management, focusing on continuous improvement.
This role involves coordinating projects, developing procedures, and ensuring quality and safety while collaborating with relevant departments. You will lead a technical team, fostering professional growth and working within a sustainable organization.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a leadership role. Key qualifications include:
- A strong understanding of technical environments, including safety and quality standards.
- Experience drafting and implementing technical procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and successfully lead a team.
- Multilingual (Dutch, French, English), customer-focused, and detail-oriented, delivering high-quality results.
- Flexible and solution-oriented, addressing problems efficiently and implementing effective solutions.
