Als HR-specialist bij Constructiv ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van het rekruteringsproces, van het opstellen en verspreiden van vacatureteksten tot het screenen van sollicitaties en voeren van selectiegesprekken.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren van leidinggevenden bij de aanwerving van medewerkers, zorgt voor een vlotte opstart van nieuwe collega's en volgt hun integratie periodiek op. Je identificeert opleidingsbehoeften, stelt opleidingsprogramma's op en organiseert opleidingen in samenwerking met verschillende opleidingspartners.
Een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw rol is het stimuleren van een positieve werkcultuur en medewerkersbetrokkenheid, door middel van evenementen voor medewerkers. Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en kan helder en overtuigend communiceren met mensen op verschillende niveaus binnen en buiten de organisatie.
