**Job Description:**
As a Sales Operations Specialist at Wolf Oil Corporation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of sales strategies, optimizing reporting, and facilitating smooth cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Internal Alignment and Coordination: Ensure seamless communication and alignment of internal processes with sales objectives by acting as the central coordination point between Regional Sales Managers and internal departments.
- Sales Account Management: Oversee the management of smaller customer accounts in the MEA and APAC regions, maintaining engagement and overseeing commercial follow-ups to strengthen relationships and foster growth.
- Support to Regional Sales Director: Assist the Regional Sales Director with key account follow-ups, price calculations, and collaboration with teams such as marketing, finance, and supply & demand.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare management reports, including P&L analysis, and track key sales KPIs to provide strategic insights. Coordinate forecasting efforts with the sales and demand planning teams.
- Ancillary Functions: Provide operational support in preparing reports and presentations for the annual operation plans (AOP) and assist in consolidating key sales data to ensure structured and data-driven planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, inside sales, or business analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in sales reporting systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on team collaboration.
