Regional Sales Enablement Manager

**Key Job Responsibilities:**
Our Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for:
- Communication and Alignment: Act as the central coordination point between Regional Sales Managers and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of internal processes with sales objectives.
- Sales Account Management: Manage smaller customer accounts in the MEA and APAC regions, maintaining engagement and overseeing commercial follow-ups to strengthen relationships and foster growth.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare management reports, including P&L analysis, and track key sales KPIs to provide strategic insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams such as marketing, finance, and supply & demand to support the Regional Sales Director in key account follow-ups, price calculations, and other responsibilities.
- Ancillary Functions: Provide operational support in preparing reports and presentations for the annual operation plans (AOP) and assist in consolidating key sales data to ensure structured and data-driven planning.
Requirements:
- Higher degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, inside sales, or business analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in sales reporting systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on team collaboration.
