Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the Benelux region.

This pivotal role involves working closely with the CSO and C-team to contribute to various business areas such as Sales, Marketing, and R&D.

  • Key Account Development & Sales Growth: Identify and acquire new key accounts (wood dealers, distributors, landscapers, contractors, OEMs) while developing existing customers and promoting Kebony products in the Benelux region.
  • Customer Training & Relationship Management: Train customers, distributors, and architects on Kebony products, ensuring they have the necessary sales and marketing tools while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Project & Sales Strategy Execution: Follow up on projects with all stakeholders, negotiate contracts, develop sales strategies with HQ, and implement them locally to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Market Insights: Act as the key interface between customers and internal teams (logistics, marketing, HQ), provide market insights, assist R&D with technical requirements, and support marketing initiatives in Benelux.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate CRM records, provide weekly reports on activities, ensure P&L responsibility for the sector, and track sales targets and market trends.
  • Travel & Industry Engagement: Participate in local trade fairs, international sales meetings, and frequent travel across the Benelux region to strengthen market presence and drive business growth.
