Systeem Expert voor Workplace Platform

We zijn op zoek naar een systeem expert om ons Workplace Platform te versterken. Het platform ondersteunt medewerkers bij het gebruik van een veilige en goed presterende werkplek (laptop/VDI) die automatisch de benodigde software ontvangt, up-to-date blijft met virusdefinities en Windows OS-updates, en dit alles met minimale verstoring.

Ons team speelt een actieve rol in diverse ICT-projecten. Recent onderzoek heeft aangetoond dat er verbeterpunten zijn in de manier waarop we software distribueren, beveiligingsbeleid implementeren en ons houden aan security best practices. Er ontbreekt een eenduidige informatiebron voor rapportages, wat frustratie veroorzaakt. Bovendien zullen steeds meer workloads naar de cloud worden verplaatst.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Expertise in beveiligingsfuncties, complexe wachtwoordbeleid en PAM;
  • Sofwaredistributie (SCCM, MDM);
  • W10/11 Security- en updatebeheer;
  • Staging & VDI image creatie en onderhoud;
  • Beveiliging (PC, Firewall, Defender EndPoint);
  • GPO-beheer en Windows L3-support;
  • EndPoint-build (laptops, desktops, RFP, materiaalkeuze) en L3-support;
  • Werken met service owners en teams voor software- en beveiligingsimplementaties;
  • Automatiseren van processen en workflows;
  • Ontwikkelen van standaarden en best practices voor Workplace Platform;
  • Coaching van collega's in nieuwe technologieën en methodieken;
  • Onderhoud en beheer van bestaande Workplace Platform-tools;
  • Samenwerking met Platform Teams, IT Services en Software Development;
  • Probleemanalyse om herhaling van incidenten te voorkomen.
Functie-eisen
  • Expert in softwaredistributietools en best practices;
  • Ervaring met (cloud) VDI-oplossingen;
  • Sterke programmeervaardigheden in PowerShell en basiskennis van Python/JavaScript;
  • Ervaring in een enterprise-omgeving met hoge uptime- en stabiliteitseisen;
  • Kennis van publieke en private cloud (Azure, AWS);
  • Expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, Defender, Intune;
  • Interesse in cloud, EndPoint security en Microsoft-producten;
  • Autonoom werken en goed functioneren in een team;
  • Security-awareness is vereist.
