**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Service Manager for EV Charging to oversee the daily operations and monitoring of EV charging services across all parking facilities in Belgium and the Netherlands. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and project management skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and Technical Managers of each region to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the installation, testing, and commissioning of EV chargers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to secure necessary materials and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure that all installations meet Interparking's standards and customer expectations.
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management, highlighting key milestones, KPIs (revenue, sessions, ...).
**Requirements**
- A Master's degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical project management, previous experience with electrical installations or EV infrastructure is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and French, with a good command of English.
