We are a dynamic venture building studio focused on creating sustainable businesses for a greener future. As a business partner, you will be responsible for driving our venture building efforts.

About the Job

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building green ventures as a team, identifying and validating foreign cleantech solutions, partners, and new opportunities in our domains
  • Negotiating and signing partnerships with foreign cleantech partners
  • Developing a local go-to-market strategy outlining the venture's launch
  • Securing the first customer(s) through solid sales efforts
  • Developing a financial plan, including debt/equity/subsidy mechanisms
  • Creating clear and comprehensive pitch-decks to onboard stakeholders
  • Hiring leadership teams through recruitment interviews and onboarding
What We're Looking For:
  • Experienced (co-)founder with a successful exit history
  • Experience and technical expertise in Energy Transition, Circular Economy, or Bio-sourcing
  • Expertise in the buildings and construction sector
Desirable Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Hands-on mentality and proactive attitude
  • Complex problem-solving abilities
  • Vigor and decisiveness in decision-making
  • Sales vision and ability to communicate effectively
  • Languages: Flemish is a must, and English is required
