Customer Success Director

We're committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and support. As a customer success director, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the maximum value from our products.

You will work closely with our internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to meet our customers' needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in account management or business development in a B2B SaaS environment with complex sales cycles. Familiarity with HubSpot (CRM) and LinkedIn SalesNav is a plus.

You must be fluent in English and proficient in German and/or French. Ideally, we are looking for someone who speaks all three languages.

This is a remote opportunity with 3 days per week working from home. You must have an EU citizenship or a valid Belgian work permit.
