**Job Description:**

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Fluxys. In this role, you will provide top-level administrative support to our Office Managing Partner, ensuring the smooth operation of our Asset Delivery & Digital direction.

Main Duties:

  • Support the Senior Vice President in their daily activities, including managing their schedule, organizing meetings, and handling confidential information.
  • Develop and implement effective calendar management systems, ensuring seamless communication and information flow to senior executives.
  • Prepare and edit presentations, oversee the translation process, and monitor quality.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights and accommodations, and preparing expense reports and invoices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Office Management, Business Administration, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Dutch and French.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced international environment.
