We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to support the growth of our business across Central Europe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the Petrochemical/Refinery industry, focusing on the Downstream Oil & Gas market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement techno-commercial strategies to drive business growth in Central Europe.
- Ensure all client interactions and projects adhere to EHS / ethical & legal standards.
- Focus on key territories in Northern & Central Europe, with a strong emphasis on the German market.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance against agreed goals.
- Identify key customer sites and develop tailored sales plans to capitalize on existing relationships and foster new connections.
- Work closely with internal operational teams to resource and manage projects effectively.
- Negotiate favourable payment and commercial terms for all projects.
- Participate in annual budgeting processes and provide regular revenue forecasts.
- Act as liaison between commercial, technical, and operational staff during project execution.
- Stay up-to-date with process diagnostics services and wider diagnostic technologies.
- Conduct face-to-face and online meetings with customers to promote products and services.
- Assist in developing strong relationships with customers through key account management support.
- Respond to customer enquiries and prepare technical and commercial proposals as required.
- Organize workshops and training sessions to engage with target customers.
