Job Description
  • We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Home and Living division, expanding from 10,000m2 to 17,000m2 of showroom space.
  • As a key member of our team, you will attract new brands and introduce fresh concepts that cater to our market.
Your Responsibilities
  1. Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand our presence in the Home and Living market, attracting brands that strengthen our existing categories.
  2. Client-Centric Solutions: Offer tailored participation options that align with both short- and long-term goals of our partners, recommending solutions that maximize their visibility and impact.
  3. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure all sales initiatives are cohesive and targeted.
  4. Partnership Development: Build and nurture connections with industry associations and professionals to stay attuned to sector trends and emerging opportunities.
  5. Seamless Onboarding: Collaborate with technical colleagues from the initial proposal stage to ensure all technical requirements are met, leading to a smooth and successful setup.
About You

We are looking for an experienced business development professional with a minimum of 5 years in acquisition-focused roles. Your strong network and familiarity with the Home and Living industry are major advantages.
