We're seeking a talented Commercial Growth Manager to join our team at darwind. As a Junior Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.

You'll identify and explore new market opportunities, build relationships with clients, and negotiate deals independently. You'll also monitor the market and think strategically about growth opportunities.

Your Role

People Management

You'll map out the skills and interests of our consultants and match them with challenging projects. You'll guide them throughout the process and ensure successful collaboration between clients and consultants.

Strategy & Internal Projects

You'll contribute to initiatives that help darwind scale further and work on internal improvement projects and training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree
  • Commercial mindset and fluency in Dutch, French, and English
  • Experience in sales, IT, or consultancy (a plus)
