Business Growth Manager

As a key member of our team at LA International, you will be responsible for driving business growth by increasing occupancy and lease rates on our company site infrastructure. This involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with mobile operators, and understanding client pain points to offer creative solutions.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with mobile operators
  • Understanding client pain points and offering creative solutions
  • Marketing our company sites to potential customers and generating new sales leads
  • Sourcing and developing tower acquisitions
  • Creating and maintaining a lead list aligned with our revenue targets
  • Accountable for the contracting process, including negotiation and deal closing for all leases in a timely manner
  • Account management of new tenants after contracting and onboarding, including the definition of the new tenant onboarding process
  • MAPPING out yearly growth plans, setting milestones and strategies for tenant acquisition that drives growth
  • Management overview of status and performance of contract and tenant onboarding processes
  • Accountable for ensuring the accuracy of our database regarding tenant leases
  • Responsible for delivering detailed reports to accounting for tenant billing purposes
  • Reporting to key stakeholders on commercial activities
