Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned Business Developer to lead our sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and optimizing sales strategies.
- Main Objectives:
- Determine and implement sales strategies that align with our business goals.
- Develop and enhance sales processes and data analytics.
- Nurture client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure market insights and client feedback are incorporated into our solutions.
- Business degree or equivalent.
- 3-10 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills and a results-driven approach.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in project management.
- Dutch language proficiency and fluency in English.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in startups or scale-ups.
