Business Growth Manager

We are looking for a talented Business Growth Manager to lead the commercial strategy for Octave, a company at the forefront of technology and sustainability.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to create a market for innovative and sustainable products in the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- You will help establish Octave as a leading player in the energy storage and energy management sector.
- You will develop and implement a commercial strategy that identifies new sales channels and advises existing partners.
- You will participate in industry events and trade fairs to stay up-to-date on the latest innovations and provide input to the product team on market requirements.
- You will maintain a strong relationship with potential partners through excellent communication skills.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Solid experience in commercial/project development in the energy sector (B2B), preferably in energy storage solutions or renewable energy sources.
- A good understanding of energy markets and sufficient technical background to grasp basic electrical engineering concepts around renewable energy.
- A clear hunter sales attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to give engaging presentations.
- Experience in developing and implementing a commercial strategy in the renewable energy sector and performing market segmentation.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment with fluency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and similar tools.
