We are seeking a highly skilled Development Advisor to join our team at Trias NGO - Global. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and developing our advisory branch, providing strategic oversight and hands-on coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver workshops and materials that equip regional colleagues with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage consultancy projects effectively.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and tailored support to regional teams, ensuring they have the tools and structures needed to succeed.
- Support regional colleagues in creating consultancy budgets that balance profitability with competitiveness.
- Analyze results to identify lessons learned and improvements, driving continuous growth and development.
- Ensure consultancy deliverables meet high-quality standards, aligning with both client and organizational goals.
About You:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in consultancy management, capacity building, or project coordination within the development sector.
- A strong ability to mentor and empower teams, adapting content to various skill levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is an advantage.
