Trias strengthens entrepreneurial organizations around the world, that in turn support local entrepreneurs and farmers. Through tailored support for each partner, members get access to advice, small loans or training. In addition to our regular development programs, Trias has recently established a consultancy branch, Trias+, to share our proven tools and methodologies with external clients. To ensure the success of this initiative, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Advisor to train, support, and empower our regional colleagues in developing and executing high-quality and profitable consultancy projects.

Trias+ is looking for a Development Advisor to help establish and develop its newly launched advisory branch. As part of the Programmes and International Profiling (PIP) team within the Programmes & Partnerships (P&P) department, you will work closely with regional colleagues and coordinators in Brussels to ensure that short-term, results-driven projects are well-managed, financially viable, and aligned with Trias' standards.
In addition to supporting regional teams, you will oversee the legal, financial, and fiscal obligations of Trias+ and ensure that the necessary structures are in place for its long-term success.
Develop and deliver workshops and materials that differentiate consultancy logic from long-term development approaches.
Provide ongoing mentorship and tailored support to regional teams.
Support regional colleagues in creating consultancy budgets that ensure profitability while remaining competitive.
Develop tools and frameworks to monitor the financial performance of consultancy projects.
Project quality assurance
Ensure consultancy deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with both client and organizational goals.
Organize and report Board Meetings and General Assembly meetings of Trias+
Keep track of the legal, financial and fiscal requirements and obligations and in collaboration with the Board of Directors and the Finance Team at Brussels Office, make sure they are met.
Share success stories and lessons learned to inspire and guide teams. Together with the Communication Team, develop a communication strategy to market Trias+.
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in consultancy management, capacity building, or project coordination within the development sector.
You possess a strong ability to mentor and empower teams, adapting content to various skill levels.
You have a strong proficiency in budgeting, pricing, and profitability analysis for consultancies.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of French and/or Spanish is an advantage.
