Functie Beschrijving
We zoeken een Diensthoofd Productie die zich met plezier aansluit bij onze missie: Think Fresh. Act Fresh. Make Fresh.. Als leidinggevende medewerker bent u verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een cluster (team) binnen de productiehal. Het cluster deelt gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheden voor het leiden van lineleaders en het voorbereiden van de productieplanning.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Leiding geven: Handhaven van een respectvolle en veilige werkcultuur; zorgen voor de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers en signaleren van opleidingsbehoeften;
- Efficiëntie: Optimaliseren van de voorbereiding voor uitvoering van de productieprocessen binnen de toegewezen shift, conform de planning en specificaties;
- Veiligheid en kwaliteit: Handhaven en bevorderen van een (voedsel-)veilige werkomgeving, conform interne richtlijnen en wettelijke vereisten, en toezien op de naleving van kwaliteitsstandaarden;
- Communicatie en rapportage: Effectief communiceren met teamleden en lineleaders om de operationele continuïteit te waarborgen;
