Key Responsibilities
- Drive change and agility throughout the cluster and squads.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies at cluster and squad levels.
- Steer the continuous improvement cycle towards impactful improvements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Foster an agile culture and enhance team dynamics.
- Coach and facilitate agile principles and practices.
Education:
Master's degree required.
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- Scrum Master experience in a transformation context (at least 1 year).
- Coaching and implementing agile values.
- Process improvements in complex environments.
- Marketing & Communications experience.
- IT projects experience, applications, and tooling.
Technical Experience:
- Mandatory: Agile backlog tooling.
- Preferable: Adobe Campaign, Wrike.
Business Experience:
- Strong analytical, critical, conceptual, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to convince and motivate people in a challenging transformation context.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and meet tight deadlines.
