Onze rol van Salesforce Service Cloud Implementatieleider bestaat eruit om nieuwe Salesforce-implementatieprojecten te leiden en organisaties te helpen bij het maximaliseren van de waarde van Salesforce.
Je zult werken als onderdeel van een projectteam en samenwerken met stakeholders om doelen te identificeren en op te leveren. Jouw taken zullen onder andere bestaan uit:
- Onderzoek en analyse van klantbehoeften en uitdagingen.
- Het ontwerp en implementeren van oplossingen gebaseerd op Salesforce.
- Coaching en training van medewerkers van klanten om hen tot zelfstandigheid te brengen.
Vereiste kennis en vaardigheden
- Ervaring met Salesforce-projecten en -implementaties.
- Kenmerkende vaardigheden in communicatie, consultancy en leadership.
- Geavanceerde kennis van de Salesforce-producten en diensten.
