Job Description: As Chief Executive Officer, you will take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together. Key decisions will affect the company's direction, and you will be responsible for building a positive and productive culture in the workplace.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
2. MBA
3. 10+ years' experience in sales and marketing leadership within the semiconductor or ASIC industry.
4. Experience in scaling up a company.
5. Strong leadership, decision making, and communication skills.
6. Open to frequent travel.
7. Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are an asset.
