As a Client Success Manager at Seedtag, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by delivering exceptional client experiences and developing strategic relationships with key accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media, advertising, or technology, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or support roles. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis is also essential, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and implementing campaign strategies to drive client success.
  2. Working closely with the Ad Operations team to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  3. Providing exceptional customer support through timely and effective response to client inquiries.
  4. Tracking and analyzing campaign success metrics to inform future strategies.
