JSS Associates is seeking a highly skilled Agile Team Lead to join our team. As a Scrum Master and Business Analyst, you will be responsible for guiding Agile teams working on the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform.
**Responsibilities:**
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment to help teams achieve high performance.
**Key Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile teams.
- 2+ years of experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter or other Guidewire products.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Guidewire PolicyCenter or BillingCenter.
