Nous vous présentons aujourd'hui une opportunité stimulante au sein d'une fiduciaire bien établie au Luxembourg, spécialisée dans la comptabilité, fiscalité, compliance et gestion juridique-administrative pour une clientèle internationale . Vos responsabilités | Corporate Officer – Finance – Legal – Fiduciaire - Support •Vous serez l’intermédiaire direct avec la CSSF et les parties tierces (notaires, banques…).
•Vous contrôlerez les registres des actionnaires et assurerez toute publication nécessaire.
•Vous serez en relation directe avec des clients en fonds d’investissement et serez amené à les accompagner dans leur vie quotidienne ( augmentation de capital, changement de siège,…).
•Vous serez responsable de régir les tâches administratives et de la gestion d’entreprises de la constitution à la liquidation.
•Vous aurez la charge de préparer les board meetings et aussi faire la prise de minutes.
Profil et parcours | Corporate Officer – Finance – Legal – Fiduciaire - Support •Vous avez au moins 4 ans d’expérience en tant que Corporate Officer au sein d’une fiduciaire, un PSF, un Big Four, ou une société d’investissement au Luxembourg.
•Si vous avez un diplôme en droit, ou en administration des affaires, cela sera valorisé mais n’est pas obligatoire.
•Vous êtes autonome dans la gestion d’un portefeuille clients, soit de fonds d’investissement alternatifs, soit de SPV/Holdings.
•Vous maitrisez l’anglais et avez une bonne compréhension du français , cela facilitera l’échange en interne comme avec les clients principalement anglophones.
•Si vous vous estimez organisé et structuré , alors cela vous sera très utile dans la réalisation de vos tâches dans les délais impartis.
• Si vous êtes ambitieux , alors vous aurez le plaisir de vous épanouir dans votre travail grâce aux nombreuses missions qui vous seront proposées.
