Met onze Young Graduates Commercial Track bieden we je een springplank naar succes. Je krijgt een uitgebreide opleiding en persoonlijke begeleiding om je pad in sales uit te stippelen. # Je start met een intensief startprogramma : een combinatie van online en face-to-face opleidingen in één van onze KBC Live Hubs in Antwerpen, Brussel, Leuven, of Gent. Vanuit deze hubs helpen we klanten op afstand. # Na die periode ben je klaar om ons commercieel netwerk te versterken met je salestalent . Omdat je elke dag in contact bent met klanten, ontdek je welke expertise jou het meest aanspreekt: particulieren adviseren over een woonkrediet of een verzekering, dan wel startende zelfstandigen ondersteunen of klanten overtuigen van onze beleggingsproducten. De Starters Sales Coach die je begeleidt , helpt je om te kiezen. # Je helpt klanten aan het loket en telefonisch, maar ook via chat of e-mail. Met het juiste persoonlijke advies en je talent voor sales overtuig je klanten van de meerwaarde van onze producten. Je contacteert potentiële klanten proactief om bij te dragen tot de commerciële doelstellingen van het kantoor. Zie je een commerciële opportuniteit? Je bent dan ook de geknipte persoon om commerciële acties op te zetten – samen met je team. In deze commercial track groei je uit tot salesexpert aan je eigen tempo. Het is vooral belangrijk dat je energie krijgt van klantencontacten, commerciële targets halen en proactief meedenken. Bovendien ben je ervan overtuigd dat de juiste financiële producten en diensten een groot verschil maken in het dagelijkse leven, dus daar wil je je (verder) in verdiepen. Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands. Je kan opleidingen volgen waarin je je hard skills en soft skills verder aanscherpt. We bieden jou een contract van onbepaalde duur en een competitief loon aangevuld met extralegale voordelen.
