We're looking for an experienced End-to-End O2C Process Owner to shape, standardize, and elevate our global Order-to-Cash processes.⭐ what you'll doAs the O2C Process Owner, you will oversee the full lifecycle of the Order-to-Cash process — from order entry to revenue collection. You'll design the global O2C blueprint, guide SAP transformation initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.key responsibilitiesend-to-end process leadershipOwn and design the global O2C processStandardize processes across business unitsMaintain process MAPS, controls, and KPIscontinuous improvement & innovationIdentify automation and digitization opportunitiesExplore SAP innovations (AI, predictive analytics, automation)Lead pilots and proof-of-conceptsgovernance & SAP designRepresent O2C in design boardsApprove functional proposals and ensure compliancePrioritize O2C requirements and validate solutionscross-functional collaborationWork with Finance, Sales, IT, Customer Service, LogisticsLead workshops and translate business needs into SAP functionalityEnsure seamless integration with CRM, billing, and financial systemschange & Data managementLead change impact assessmentsSupport training and communicationEnsure data quality, standards, and migration readinessprocess & system deploymentSupport end-to-end SAP implementation phasesValidate solutions and sign off on Go-Live readinesswhat you bring7+ years experience in O2C process management, ideally in international settingsStrong SAP expertise—S/4HANA, SD, FI-AR, and integration pointsBackground in large ERP or Finance transformation programsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillswho you'll work withYou'll collaborate daily with teams inFinance (AR, Treasury)Sales & Customer ServiceIT & SAP teamsChange ManagementDigital / InnovationlanguagesEnglish + Dutch or French required
