As part of a large-scale project, they are looking for a Post Integration Officer.

As a Post Integration Officer , you will be at the core of the integration project and will:

  • Manage and implement the various phases of the post-merger integration process.
  • Analyze, optimize, and streamline internal processes to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic reports and presentations to the board and executive committees.
  • Coordinate stakeholders (internal and external) to align objectives and monitor project progress.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to ensure the successful execution of the integration roadmap.
  • Provide input on audit, legal, advisory, accounting , and IT-related processes relevant to the integration.

  • Education : Master's degree in Business, Finance, Audit, Law, IT, or Project Management.
  • Experience : At least 3 years in project management, audit, advisory, accounting, or IT roles, preferably in the context of mergers, acquisitions, or business transformation.
  • Languages : Fluent in English and French ; Dutch is an asset.
  • Skills :
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication abilities with the capacity to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
    • Generalist competencies in audit, legal, consulting, accounting , and IT .
  • Tools : Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis platforms.
