We maken dossiers, doen voorstellen, voeren actie en ontwikkelen diensten. Functieomschrijving Je voert de volledige boekhouding voor je klanten. Dit kunnen interne of externe organisaties uit ons netwerk zijn: van sociale organisaties tot een camping Je wil elke dag opnieuw state-of-the-art dienstverlening bieden, samen met het team en de financieel directeur. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle boekingen zoals afschrijvingen, payroll, reconciliaties, etc. en de maandafsluitingen. Je bereidt de dossiers voor de jaarlijkse audit controle voor. Je voert dagelijkse operationele taken uit: opmaak van verkoopfacturen inboeken van aankoopfacturen en het financieel dagboek Je draagt zelf verantwoordelijkheid voor je opdrachten net Een bachelordiploma accountancy-fiscaliteit Grondige kennis van de boekhoud- en fiscale wetgeving Kennis van Venice (Unit4 C-Logic) of Bocount (nieuw boekhoudprogramma vanaf 2022) beschouwen we als een meerwaarde Goede kennis van het Microsoft Office pakket en in het bijzonder van Excel Goede kennis van het Nederlands Bovendien bieden we na inloopperiode de mogelijkheid tot twee dagen thuiswerk per week (bij voltijdse tewerkstelling).
