We are hiring a Senior Accounting Manager / Certified Accountant Fast Track to Partner to join our team in Belgium(ITAA certified or ITAA Intern) In order to reinforce our consulting team in Brussels, we are looking for an Accounting Manager with experience in Belgian GAAP and a solid experience of tax compliance. You will be part of VS Consulting team that is working closely with CEO's of start-ups and scale-ups to address critical challenges and transform finance process. Typical projects that you will be working on include : Able to manage accounting from A to Z (AP, AR, Banks reconciliation, GL, etc.) Manage/coordinate periodic closing Ensure timely tax returns (VAT, CIT and WHT) and all compliance requests are met for our clients (statutory accounts, TP filing, etc.) Payroll booking and reconciliation Provide accurate information to the Business Controlling team for reporting/dashboard preparation Assist our clients in different audits (financial, tax, internal) when required Collaborate on digitalization projects and automation of accounting processes Who we look for : Certified Accountant in Belgium or in the process of certification 3-5 years' experience in a similar position in big4 or fiduciary Good communicator, you express yourself fluently in French, Dutch and English MS office (Excel, Power point, word), ERP tools Knowledge of Odoo is a strong asset Member or trainee of the ITAA (Belgian Institute for Tax Advisors and Accountants) is a plus Excellent presentation skills since you are dealing with C-level stakeholders Combine strong technical expertise with a client focused approach Team player, able to work effectively with all stakeholders (internal and external) Working permit for Belgium is mandatory What we offer : The opportunity to build your potential in a fast moving, respectful, human size environment with a variety of challenges Attractive salary package with extra-legal benefits, in line with your experience Rich professional experience, you work in close collaboration with the partners and C-level clients Role based in the center of Brussels in a nice & dynamic co-working environment Feel free to visit our website :
