Functieomschrijving Als ASTRID PMO officer maakt u deel uit van de afdeling ‘ Technology Strategy Offic e’ en bent u verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van het projectbeheer in de ASTRID-organisatie en het coachen van de ASTRID medewerker. Bij ASTRID werken voornamelijk medewerkers met technische vaardigheden die gericht zijn op het analyseren, ontwerpen en implementeren van specifieke technologische oplossingen. De focus van de PMO-officer situeert zich begeleiden van de ASTRID-medewerkers op het vlak van het projectmatig werken. Het geven van opleidingen met betrekking tot de project werking bij ASTRID waarbij de gewenste ingesteldheid wordt uitgelegd, alsook de rollen en verantwoordelijkheden en de diverse stappen in het proces Het geven van coaching en bijstand ‘on the job’aan projectleiders en sponsors. Hierbij leeft de PMO-verantwoordelijke zich ook inhoudelijk in het specifieke project in, geeft raad en pragmatische ondersteuning De PMO-verantwoordelijke begeleidt eventuele escalatiestappen. Het organiseren van intervisie sessies rond het beheer van projecten Het organiseren van ‘lessons learned’ sessies uit de verschillende projecten en dit vertalen naar een verbeteringstraject aan het project management proces, aan de goede praktijken en aan de onderliggende templates en modellen de PMO verantwoordelijke analyseert de inbreng van de projectleider en stuurt eventueel bij. De rapportering laat een bijsturing door de bedrijfsleiding toe De PMO officer begeleidt de kandidaat project leider bij de initiatie van het project, van scope definitie tot de inschatting van de resource behoeftes. De PMO officer rapporteert en volgt de actie punten op Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in Project Management , bij voorkeur in de Telco of ICT sector . Een certificatie in project management (bv. Ervaring in het pragmatisch ondersteunen en aansturen van project managers in staat om tools te gebruiken die onder meer gebaseerd zijn op volgende software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook (vereist) Microsoft Project Online, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner Plus, Microsoft Power BI (pluspunt) Kennis van Nederlands en Frans (Engels is een pluspunt) Een zinvolle functie met maatschappelijke impact ~ Bedrijfswagen met laadkaart (elektrisch) ~
