Our client is a fast-growing, human-sized business law firm looking for a senior corporate lawyer ready to combine autonomy, impact and long-term vision.Why apply? You would join a young but highly experienced business law firm , created by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs.The culture is transparent, collaborative and merit-based , with real visibility on remuneration, evolution and decision-making.The firm works on high-quality corporate and commercial matters , combining technical excellence with pragmatism and close client relationships.This is an environment where senior lawyers are trusted , heard, and encouraged to actively shape the future of the firm.You will intervene on a broad range of Corporate & Commercial law matters , including:Corporate governance, day-to-day corporate advice and company lawM&A transactions, restructurings and share dealsLegal due diligences and transaction supportDrafting and negotiating shareholders' agreements and governance documentsCapital increases, entry/exit of shareholders and reorganisation projectsCommercial contracts (services, partnerships, strategic agreements)Managing files autonomously while collaborating closely with partners and peersExperience : minimum 5 years' experience in Corporate and/or Commercial law (law firm background)Languages : fluent French and English; good working knowledge of Dutch is a strong assetQualifications : Belgian-qualified lawyer with strong technical skills and client-oriented mindsetCompetitive and transparent remuneration packageBonus and long-term incentive mechanismsHigh level of autonomy and trust in file managementExposure to strategic decisions and firm development projectsClear and realistic evolution path (including potential participation)Modern, people-focused culture with attention to work-life balanceFile Management, Corporate Law, Commercial law, Corporate Law, Customer Oriented, Governance, Drafting, Service, Asset, Restructuring, Law firm, Due diligence, Transaction Support, Negotiation
