_I am looking for a _L_awyer with _relevant_ _experience in _IP & IT Law to become Partner in a _renowned bilingual Belgian business law firm in Brussels, _and develop the team and the IPT practice_
**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**:
My client is a Belgian independent leading Business Law Firm, with more than 45 bilingual Lawyers (20 Partners & 25 Lawyers), based in Brussels (Louise).
The firm advises Belgian & international companies on the legal aspects of their transactions and disputes in all business areas.
**FUNCTION**:
The firm is looking for a Partner to develop the IP, IT & Privacy practice, since the firm has already lots of clients to assist in these fields.
You will create the IP, IT & Privacy department of the firm, with the assistance of the other Partners & Lawyers of the firm, who will help you to develop this practice by providing you with new files, by introducing you at the clients of the firm in order to strengthen your network and by supporting your marketing needs.
You will also benefit from the international networks the firm is an active member of.
**SEARCHED PROFILE**:
- Master in Belgian Law. An additional degree in IP/IT is a plus
- Relevant professional experience as Lawyer or Partner in IP & IT Law. Experience in Privacy Law is a plus
- Dutch or French speaking, with a very good knowledge of English
- Experience within an international law firm is a plus
- Beginning of own clientele (portable business)
- Ambition to excel & real team player
