En daar stap jij binnen als de nieuwe senior consultant Business Process Analyst die het rechttrekt Onze klant, een supply chain-tak van een grote corporate, zit midden in een kritieke digitale transformatiefase. Ze hebben iemand nodig die meer doet dan processen tekenen. Iemand die begrijpt hoe een productie/logistieke omgeving ademt. Je neemt hun volledige E2E-keten vast, van orderintake tot productie en verzending. Je brengt structuur, challenge't waar het moet en schakelt snel tussen operations, Finance en IT. Lees verder Wat je gaat doen Belangrijke end-to-end processen scherp krijgen en slimmer maken, inclusief de koppelingen met Finance Bottlenecks spotten, ontleden en oplossen voor meer flow in de operatie Concrete verbeteringen uitwerken die efficiëntie verhogen en risico's verlagen Kostenslijpen door overbodige stappen te schrappen en echte flow te creëren Systeemoptimalisaties projectmatig aanpakken en de implementatie nauw opvolgen Nauw samenwerken met operations, Finance en IT om draagvlak te creëren en echte resultaten te boeken Wat we zoeken Sterke ervaring met IT-gedreven productieprocessen en end-to-end workflows Goede kennis van administratieve en financiële processen binnen een productieomgeving Inzicht in IT-processen en controles die impact hebben op productie en administratie Hands-on mentaliteit, pragmatisch, snel schakelen Ervaring met pricing of business cases is mooi meegenomen Je spreekt vlot Nederlands Wat mag je verwachten?Een rol met Impact vanaf dag 1, waar jouw inzichten meteen voelbaar zijn in productie, Finance en IT. Je bent de SPOC voor talloze stakeholders die op jouw expertise rekenen Volledige ownership over de E2E-processen, van analyse tot implementatie, met echte ruimte om dingen structureel te veranderen.
