The tasks of the Finance and HR Assistant: Finance Handle invoicing for members and customers, Send payment reminders and communicate with members/customers, Process staff credit card transactions and cash expense claims, Manage petty cash advances and returns for business trips, and ensure accurate accounting, Assist with salary accounting and booking of payments received via Stripe, Support monthly closings and serve as back-up for the Senior Accountant when needed, Carry out various ad hoc financial reporting tasks in Excel. HR Administer staff training records for reporting to the government The profile of the Finance and HR Assistant candidate: Proficiency in English is essential and you're fluent in French or Dutch You hold a Bachelor's degree, You are organized, punctual, and proactive, With a team of 30 employees from 20 nationalities, you are open-minded and adaptable to different cultures and perspectives.
