We werken aan verschillende projecten die zowel technologische innovatie als operationele efficiëntie bevorderen.Om de implementatie van deze digitale oplossingen te verzekeren, zijn we op zoek naar een Business Analyst die ook een actieve rol speelt in change management.Ben jij een analytische geest met een hart voor verandering? Wil je digitale oplossingen mee vormgeven én de business begeleiden in hun transformatie? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.Je vertaalt businessnoden in heldere en bruikbare vereisten die de basis vormen voor digitale oplossingen.Je zet testprocessen op en voert ze uit, en gaat samen met de business na of de oplossing voldoet aan de verwachtingen.Je monitort de verandering door trainingsmateriaal voor te bereiden en training te geven aan eindgebruikers.Je documenteert processen en communiceert veranderingen helder zodat iedereen het duidelijk heeft begrepen.Je organiseert workshops in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels om de samenwerking te stimuleren.Je werkt nauw samen met operationele diensten, IT en andere partners om oplossingen te ontwikkelen.Je zorgt voor ondersteuning van de stakeholders en communiceert proactief de impact en voordelen van de nieuwe oplossingen.Herken je jezelf hierin?Je hebt ervaring als Business Analyst en affiniteit met change management, inclusief training en documentatieJe werkt gestructureerd, neemt initiatief en houdt van vooruitgang.Je weet mensen te overtuigen van verandering en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en efficiëntie.Je bent een echte empathische en communicatieve teamspelerJe communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, Engels is een plusJe bent analytisch sterk en vertrouwd met tools zoals Excel, MS Visio, PowerPoint, ...Je bent resultaatgericht en hebt een sterke delivery mindset: je houdt van vooruitgang en zorgt dat dingen écht gerealiseerd wordenJe hebt een universitair diploma, een hoger niet-universitair diploma of een gelijkwaardige beroepservaring.Dit zijn jouw voordelenJe krijgt een loonpakket met heel wat voordelen.
