Key Responsibilities
Lead IT projects involving government services, regulatory changes, and digital solutions. Gather and analyse business requirements and prepare functional and technical specifications. Coordinate internal teams, clients, partners, and suppliers. Plan, organise, and monitor projects across scoping, design, validation, and change management. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams. Organise training for employees and end users. Prepare project dashboards, progress reports, and performance indicators. Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and ensure regulatory compliance. Organise and lead project steering committees. Contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Project Manager . Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, GitLab, and Jenkins . Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments. Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Experience in public-sector or regulatory projects is an advantage. Languages: French, Dutch, and English. Assignment Details Start: 1 October 2026 Duration: Until 31 December 2026, with possible extension Workload: Full-time, 40 hours/week
