Leader dans la conception d'équipements techniques pneumatiques depuis plusieurs années, notre client vous propose un environnement de travail agréable et stimulant Orienté innovation et clients, cette société propose des équipements à la pointe de la technologie, toujours adaptés aux besoins spécifiques de leurs clients. Description de la fonction Quelles seront vos responsabilités en tant que Technical Support Engineer ? Vous intégrez le bureau technique dans le département SAV de l'entreprise.
- Vous êtes la personne de référence au niveau technique pour tous les clients et collègues ;
- Votre principale mission est l'accompagnement et le support technique en cas de problèmes, changements ou améliorations à apporter sur les machines de la société et présentes chez les clients;
- Vous réalisez des analyses techniques sur différents projets techniques;
- Vous apportez des modifications sur les plans techniques (électriques, mécaniques);
- Vous préparez les documents et dossiers techniques;
- Vous réalisez des offres en fonction des besoins clients internationaux;
- Vous élaborez des listes de pièces pour l’encodage des commandes clients;
- Vous assurez un suivi technique par téléphone et par mail avec les clients internationaux, les gestionnaires, les techniciens…
- Vous avez une formation technique en électromécanique de type bachelier et disposez de bonnes connaissances en électricité industrielle et mécanique ;
- Une première expérience comme technicien de maintenance est un réel atout ;
- Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances en anglais (niveau B1 min.) pour pouvoir communiquer avec des clients non francophones au téléphone ;
- Vous êtes un excellent communicateur, vous n'avez pas peur d'aller à la rencontre de vos collègues dans l'atelier ;
- Enfin, vous êtes orienté satisfaction clients
