EMEA Recruitment is working with an international organization as they look to recruit a HR Business Partner for Belgium.
This is a hands-on HR Business Partner role, working closely with Area Managers and business leaders to deliver people strategies that support engagement, performance and growth.

Responsibilities of HR Business Partner
- Partner with leaders on people strategy, workforce planning and talent management
- Coach managers and support performance, engagement and succession planning
- Advise on employee relations, organizational change and transformation
- Use people data and insights to inform business decisions
- Work with specialist People teams to deliver HR programs and best practice
- Champion inclusion, wellbeing and a positive employee experience
Experience required
- 5+ years’ HR Business Partner experience, ideally gained in an international, multisite organization
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Excellent coaching, communication and influencing skills
- Experience supporting organizational change and transformation
- A data-driven, commercially minded approach
- Fluency in French and English
