Our client is a leading global company in the industrial and manufacturing sector, with a strong presence in Europe. They focus on innovative solutions and are well-known for building strong client relationships.
Functieomschrijving- Manage client relationships in Southern Europe, particularly Italy and Spain, by creating and adjusting new quotes and modifying existing contracts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers in collaboration with external teams to ensure alignment.
- Handle mailbox management, implement price adjustments, and perform analyses using Power BI.
- Provide seamless customer service by addressing queries and issues promptly, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge, track customer service metrics, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Contribute to both team and company-wide initiatives to drive success.
A successful Inside Sales should have:
- Proficiency in Italian and Spanish, and a good understanding of English
- A customer-centric approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- A background in Internal Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Support (is a plus).
