Depending on the needs and on the number of pupils, the European School Brussels I (EEBI) – Uccle site – is recruiting a: PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER NURSERY AND/OR PRIMARY CYCLES ALL LANGUAGE SECTIONS +-1h30 per week Fixed-term contract EEBI is part of the European Schools system and provides education for children whose parents work for the European institutions. Our school community is made up of 4,250 pupils of 60 different nationalities and over 500 members of staff from Member States and beyond. Pupils are taught in twelve main language sections. Job description
The locally recruited teacher will be hired as a physical education teacher in any language section of our nursery and primary school. Profile:
- Appropriate diploma: diploma that enables them to work as a physical education teacher in the nursery and primary cycles in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education (diploma subject to inspector validation);
- Experience in teaching physical education, minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience;
- First Aid Certificate;
- Excellent knowledge of French or English, knowledge of other EU languages is an asset;
- Ability to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment;
- Good communication and pedagogical skills;
- Ability to cooperate with colleagues and Management;
- Good knowledge of the European Schools system. Offer:
