FunctieomschrijvingHere are the tasks:
- Oversee car management tasks, including email communication, invoice verification, and handling extra costs (fines, franchises, etc.).
- Manage general email correspondence, act as office management backup, and support reception.
- Maintain and update internal policies and handbooks while assisting team members with administrative tasks.
- Prepare presentations for monthly communication meetings and manage car bookings in the system.
- Oversee facilities management and handle supplier creation, purchase orders, and office supplies (as a backup).
- You have at least already an experience in a similar position
- You have a perfect level of English and of French or Dutch
- You are motivated to grow within a dynamic company
- You are a team player but can also work autonomously
