We are looking for a Technical Scrum Master & Developer for a key client based in Brussels.

Main tasks
- Organise and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring correct application of Agile and Scrum practices.
- Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritisation, planning and alignment with the product vision.
- Remove blockers, improve team autonomy and collaboration, and promote trust, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Technical Lead and developers to address technical issues and incorporate technical constraints into estimates and planning.
- Monitor team performance and delivery quality through indicators such as velocity, burndown and definition of done.
- Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and management, while harmonising Agile practices across Scrum teams.
Requirements
Expert level experience in/with:
- Agile and Scrum frameworks, methodologies, tools and techniques
- Monitoring performance indicators
- Confirmed experience as a Scrum Master
Experience in/with:
- Adapting principles to different contexts and situations
- Coordinating multiple teams
- IceScrum or equivalent
- Java/ JEE / Spring Boot
- Angular 21 / Material
- SCRUM
- Service-oriented architecture/ REST APIs / OpenAPI
- SQL xlxgzvr / DB2 / MySQL
- JUnit/Mockito
- Git/GitLab / CI/CD deployment (Docker)
- IndexedDB/ Dexie (Basic level)
- Service Worker (Basic level)
Language
- French (Native)
Location
- Brussels (Hybrid): minimum 50% on-site presence required.
