Voor een dynamisch bedrijf in de voedingsindustrie gevestigd in Gent, zoeken we een ervaren Treasury & Risk Manager. Sinds de overname door een Private Equity partij in 2025 zit het bedrijf in een sterke groeifase, gedreven door een ambitieuze overnamestrategie.
FunctieomschrijvingAls Treasury & risk Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Cashflow forecasting en liquiditeitsbeheer.
- Financiering en beheer van de financiële strategie.
- Rechtstreeks rapporteren aan CFO.
- Verantwoordelijk voor monetaire en financiële aspecten van de business.
- Beheer en optimalisatie van treasury processen en betalingen.
- Onderhouden van relaties met banken en verzekeringspartners.
- Onderhandelen en beheren van verzekeringsprogramma's.
- Compliance met kredietovereenkomsten en rapportages aan kredietverstrekkers.
- Master in Finance, Economie, Bedrijfskunde of Accounting.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een Treasury management functie.
- Sterk analytisch vermogen en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Nederlands vereist en vloeiend in Engels.
- Uitgebreide kennis van financiële processen.
- Creatief in het oplossen van complexe vraagstukken onder tijdsdruk.
