Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Engineer for the South and middle Netherlands region to join our team in a full-time capacity. This hybrid role, based out of Zaventem, allows for a combination of in-office and remote work. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, driving sales processes, providing technical support, identifying customer needs, delivering effective solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and maintain strong client relationships will be a priority.
Qualifications
Candidates should live and work in South and Middle Netherlands and speaks fluent Dutch.
Other qualifications are:
- Strong skills in Sales Engineering, including a deep understanding of technical products and their applications
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficient in Communication, including the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to customers and team members
- Proven ability to provide effective Technical Support to resolve customer inquiries and challenges
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
- Previous experience in the building or hardware industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
