Territory Sales Manager – Neurovascular

Established Search is proud to be partnering with a leading and rapidly growing medical device company to recruit a Territory Sales Manager to support its expanding vascular business.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced medical device sales professional to join a market leader in vascular, developing and commercialising innovative technologies across the vascular and interventional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with interventional neuroradiologists, vascular/neurosurgeons, neurovascular teams and key hospital stakeholders.
• Support the introduction and adoption of innovative vascular technologies within key accounts.
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures, ensuring customers receive a high level of product and case support.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop key accounts and expand market penetration across the territory.
• Work closely with Clinical, Marketing and Commercial teams to support customer education, training and product adoption.
What We're Looking For:
Proven sales experience within the medical device industry, ideally across vascular, neurovascular, stroke or other interventional technologies.
Strong existing relationships with physicians and hospital accounts.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience providing in-procedure clinical support and working directly within the hospital environment.
Commercially driven, self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously across a defined territory.
Strong communication, relationship-building and account management skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant medical device sales experience.
